Set the operator entity and choose the country and commodity in scope. Bosqio maps the country-specific datasets, legality checks, producer questionnaires, supporting documents, and identifiers needed for DDS preparation.
ScopeBosqio helps operators build audit-ready EUDR evidence files around the selected country and commodity.
From plot capture in our app to shipment evidence, every claim stays traceable.
Bosqio turns supply-chain submissions, plot geometry, documents, and geospatial checks into one traceable evidence record before the DDS is prepared.

ScopeThrough the Bosqio app and secure submission links, producers and processors provide plot geodata, questionnaires, photos, and supporting documents in a structured, traceable format.
App + linksBosqio checks the submitted evidence with transparent, reproducible methods: geolocation quality, remote-sensing deforestation baselines, legality indicators, protected areas, duplicate plots, official registries, public enforcement records, and dataset hashes.
ChecksOperators review risk in context: alerts, data layers, producer submissions, supporting documents, and mitigation records. When an alert needs follow-up, additional producer evidence can be added, reviewed, and linked to the final decision.
DecisionThe DDS evidence package is generated from the audit trail as both a readable report and structured JSON, linking plots, producer evidence, checks, mitigations, hashes, and shipment data.
DDSBosqio handles sensitive producer, plot, and supply-chain data as an evidence system: controlled access, traceable changes, reproducible checks, and exportable records.
The evidence trail links who submitted data, which checks were run, what changed, and why a decision was made.
No memory, screenshots, or scattered files required.
Bosqio is developed in Germany for EU operators, with EU-based infrastructure for sensitive producer, plot, and supply-chain data.
Operators, producers, processors, and reviewers only access the records and actions they are allowed to see.
Remote-sensing methods, geospatial checks, dataset selection, and risk workflows are designed to be transparent, reproducible, and grounded in current EUDR research.
Readable reports and structured exports keep plots, documents, checks, hashes, mitigations, and decisions available for review.
We are onboarding a small number of operators and upstream partners to test the evidence workflow: app-based plot capture, secure producer submissions, country-specific checks, and DDS-ready outputs.
